RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you have purchased an item that is ready to ship and have changed your mind,
you can return it within 14 days of delivery, without having to state
the reason. Below you will find out how it works and, at the bottom, the form to
initiate the request.
FOR WHICH PRODUCTS DOES IT APPLY
Ready-to-ship items — yes. These are pre-made items
ready for dispatch, which you purchase as they appear in the photos. For
these, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Customized items — no. Towels with embroidery of your choice,
custom-made baby sets, and any other item made to your
specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Art. 59
of the Consumer Code. They are sewn especially for you and cannot be
resold.
This does not affect any of your rights in the event of defects: if a
product arrives damaged or non-compliant, write to us and we will resolve it,
regardless of the category.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Notify us within 14 days. The period starts from the delivery
of the last item in the order. Use the form below: you will need
the order number and the product you want to return.
2. We will reply with instructions. We will confirm receipt
of the request and tell you how and where to ship the package.
3. Send the item back to us. Return shipping costs are at
your expense, unless the product is defective or not as described. We
ask you to return it in the same condition in which you received it.
4. We will refund you. Once the item has been received and inspected,
we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used
for the purchase.
