Processing times: since every Frufrù Lab creation is handmade with care, preparation times vary by product:
"Ready-to-ship" products: handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
Personalized or made-to-order products: they take longer, because they are sewn especially for you. We usually ship within 5–10 working days of your order.
Shipping within Italy: I ship throughout Italy by registered mail (Posta Raccomandata).
Standard cost: €4.99
FREE shipping: on all orders over €60.00.
Once the parcel is with the courier, delivery by registered mail usually takes 4–6 working days (the islands and remote areas may need a few extra days, up to 7–8 working days).
Parcel tracking: as soon as your order leaves our workshop, you'll receive an email with the tracking code, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
"Frufrù" packaging: we want the experience to feel special from the moment you open it. Every order is packed with care. We never put prices or paper invoices in the parcel, so you can send it directly as a gift.
Delivery problems? If the courier doesn't find you at home, they'll try again the next day.
