The idea behind this bow is simple: a memory should never have an expiration date. I designed this piece to put an end to the usual mass-produced plastic bows that yellow after just a few days and end up in the trash, leaving only the bitterness of having thrown away a meaningful keepsake.
This is not a disposable item, but a piece of genuine craftsmanship. I designed it to be hung up, but above all, to preserve a memory: a stylish detail meant to decorate your room and hold your story for years to come.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?

I'll work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All products are handmade to order. Production takes 5 to 10 working days (depending on current orders). If you're in a hurry, get in touch and I'll do my best to help.

Once the parcel is with the courier, delivery is estimated at 3 to 4 working days.

Can I ship the parcel directly to the person I'm giving the gift to?

Of course! It's a great surprise idea. At checkout, just enter the recipient's address in the "Shipping address" field and keep your own details in the billing one.

Will the price be visible in the parcel? Do you include a receipt?

Don't worry, we never put paper receipts or prices inside the parcel. Our invoicing is electronic: you'll receive the receipt/invoice by email, only on request. The recipient will only receive the product.

Can I see a preview of the embroidery before confirming my order?

On the site you can preview the available fonts to see which style you like best. It isn't possible to generate a real-time digital preview of the finished product, but if you'd like to see, for example, how the embroidery looks on the T-shirts, have a look at the photos on the product page: you'll find real examples of the embroidered fonts there.

Where do I enter the name to be embroidered?

It's really simple: on the product page, in the personalization section, you'll find a dedicated box (on most products it's labelled “Cosa vuoi ricamare?”) where you can type your text.

What happens if I make a mistake in the embroidery text/name?

If I notice an obvious typo, I usually contact you personally to check before going ahead (that's the beauty of handmade!).
Here's the general rule, though:

  • If the item hasn't been made yet: write to me right away, it's no problem to change your request.
  • If the item has already been embroidered: unfortunately it can't be changed or cancelled, and it will be shipped as originally requested.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs €4.99. Shipping is free on orders over €60.00.

Do you accept returns on personalized products?

As provided by law for made-to-order products (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code), returns are not possible and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on personalized items.
Exception: if the product arrives faulty or damaged, contact me right away: of course I'll fix the problem.
