How do the T-shirts fit?

The T-shirts have a Slim Fit (so slightly fitted).

  • My tip: if you're between two sizes, always choose the larger size.
  • Important: before ordering, always check the SIZE GUIDE at the bottom of the T-shirt personalization section, so you'll get it right!
When will I receive my order?

I'll work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All products are handmade to order. Production takes 5 to 10 working days (depending on current orders). If you're in a hurry, get in touch and I'll do my best to help.

Once the parcel is with the courier, delivery is estimated at 3 to 4 working days.

How big will the custom embroidery be?

Embroidery is usually between 1.5 and 3 cm tall. The final size depends on the size of the Beauty Case, the length of the name and the font you choose. I'll take care to find the perfect proportions for a balanced, elegant result.

Can I choose where the embroidery goes?

It depends on the product you choose:

  • On T-shirts: yes, you decide! Use the dedicated buttons to choose “Lato cuore” (left chest) or “Centro petto” (center chest).
  • On Beauty Cases: the embroidery is always placed in the center, for the best look.
Washing instructions

All items are made of cotton. Do not wash above 40°C and do not tumble dry.

Can I see a preview of the embroidery before confirming my order?

On the site you can preview the available fonts to see which style you like best. It isn't possible to generate a real-time digital preview of the finished product, but if you'd like to see, for example, how the embroidery looks on the T-shirts, have a look at the photos on the product page: you'll find real examples of the embroidered fonts there.

Where do I enter the name to be embroidered?

It's really simple: on the product page, in the personalization section, you'll find a dedicated box (on most products it's labelled “Cosa vuoi ricamare?”) where you can type your text.

What happens if I make a mistake in the embroidery text/name?

If I notice an obvious typo, I usually contact you personally to check before going ahead (that's the beauty of handmade!).
Here's the general rule, though:

  • If the item hasn't been made yet: write to me right away, it's no problem to change your request.
  • If the item has already been embroidered: unfortunately it can't be changed or cancelled, and it will be shipped as originally requested.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs €4.99. Shipping is free on orders over €60.00.

Do you accept returns on personalized products?

As provided by law for made-to-order products (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code), returns are not possible and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on personalized items.
Exception: if the product arrives faulty or damaged, contact me right away: of course I'll fix the problem.
